		<description>I think there&#039;s room for an agency set-up - but it&#039;s going to be the top of the employer ladder that delivers on returns.

Perhaps a key issue with agencies is what lots of the big corps do - segration of responsibilities, leading to employees all focused on one very narrow skillset, the sum of which is is powerful, but individually, little to walk away into self-employment with.

Hmmm...let&#039;s see...new user...username not found on any other SEO forums....decides to drop by and throw in a deep link to BM article about the takeover... ;)

Maybe I&#039;m just cynical.  I&#039;m sure there are loads of people out there who decide to take the time to register on forums just to inform users of a recent event.

Of course I&#039;m certainly not suggesting that the IP address of the user might resolve to a certain UK SEO agency. ;)</description>
