It’s hard for clients to know about issues like this – like you say it’s not like they can check up. I’ve even seen agencies lying about employee experience to potential investors to make the company look better…

Hey Scott… some good points there, especially redarding excessive bigging up of staff. It certainly does sound good to have a “senior vertical travel and tourism specialist” in your ranks, and it’s not like anyone is going to go checking their CVs. Who cares if you haven’t got the first clue about SEM, so long as you’ve worked in a travel agent it’ll be okay.
