Search blogs by date of publication on Google Blog Search
Posted by: Marketing Guy Date posted: May 19th, 2006 Published in: Blogging, Google, MarketingMentioned today on the Google Blog, the Google Blog Search tool now allows you to refine your search by the date of publication.
So for example, if you wanted to search the Fused Nation blog, you could use the links on the left hand side of the search results to limit the results to posts within “x” hours / days.
Pretty handy!
This could be a very useful for checking up on blog buzz about you or your brand. For example, if Matt Cutts wanted to see what people had been saying about him in the past week, he could refine the search and browse the results (example). Excellent for monitoring viral marketing campaigns! Seems that boy Cutts has had 498 mentions in blogs (within the Google blog index) in the past week! Not too shabby!
