Using your market data for smart selling

John Andrews gives a great example of how companies can use the data they collect (or have available to them) to target potential customers in a more intelligent way.

In his example, he explains that jpeg files contain meta data that includes make and model of the camera used to take the image and how this is and could be used by Yahoo (owners of image hosting site Flickr).
