Forum spammer - follow up

Had an email from the guy who spammed one of my forums a few months ago. Interestingly he denied any SEO-focused attempt to spam and suggested that it was a piece of ill-conceived market research.

Still haven’t decided if I’m gonna publish his email on the thread though. I guess I should to be fair, but at the same time should spammers caught with their pants down get a “fair” chance to salvage some dignity?

Jury’s out on this for the time being.
