I’m in the market to buy some sites

- Blogs, forums, regular sites
- Anything UK focused
- Directories (preferably niche, but I’ll consider any decent directory)
- Particularly:Â Jobs / employment, Business, Travel (particularly Europe), Gaming (console / mmo / pc), Technology (no SEO / webmaster)Â related sites
- Will have a look at most things.
No MFA or turnkey type sites.  No dead forums, crap blogs, etc. The amount of time and effort you have put into your site so far is proportional to the time and effort of the response I give you. 
I’ll consider most stuff – not worried about existing revenue levels, but the traffic should be there in some form or another and the domain should have a good standing in search engines. I also have a big preference for good looking sites – anything with a particularly unique design / theme / skin.

Ideally, I’d like to know:
- URL
- History of the site (why / when you set it up / why are you selling)
- Traffic figures / revenue figures
- Any relevant data (is your community reliant on a few members / are you the only poster on the blog you are selling / will any of the backlinks be lost after the sale / any advertiser relationships that need to be honoured) – I don’t need to be impressed – just want the truth.
- How much you want for the site.

not sure if this is what you are after but I am willing to sell this site or work with someone to build it up I have a range of sites!
